Control panel lockout device is made from polycarbonate/ABS plastic and can cover panel controls up to 2 3/4" x 5". Typically used to cover and lockout standard and digital push buttons and switches. Accepts up to two padlocks with a shackle diameter of up to 0.25". Supports compliance with OSHA standard 1910.147
