Ladder Lockout Wrap kit identifies ladders that are out of service or defective. The kit includes the cover, a 3" shackle lockout padlock, a safety tag, and a cable lockout device, which can accommodate ladders with different shapes. The cover wraps around the rung of the ladder and is secured with a padlock (one 3" shackle made in the USA lockout padlock included). Cover features a 1/2" ID metal grommet. Made in the USA from heavy-duty canvas.
